PropPack.ai owns all rights to:

• The PropPack.ai website and platform
• PropPack.ai software, code, and algorithms
• PropPack.ai branding, logos, and trademarks
• PropPack.ai design elements and user interface
• PropPack.ai documentation and help materials
• PropPack.ai marketing materials and content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on proppack.ai is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload:

• Property documents and information
• Photos and images
• Descriptions and text
• Communications and messages

By uploading content, you grant PropPack.ai a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

2.2 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant PropPack.ai:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
• To use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
• Only as necessary to provide our services
• To share with parties you authorize (buyers, agents, solicitors)

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

2.3 Content Representations

By uploading content, you represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• The content does not infringe third-party rights
• You have authority to share the content
• The content complies with our Terms of Service

3.1 Platform Use

You may:

• Access and use the platform for legitimate property transactions
• Download your own Property Information Packs
• Share PIPs with authorized parties
• Print documents for personal use

3.2 Attribution

When sharing PIPs generated by PropPack.ai:

• PropPack.ai branding may appear on documents
• You may not remove or obscure our branding
• You may not claim authorship of our platform or tools

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform or software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our code
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or modify copyright notices or branding
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Frame or mirror our website
• Use automated tools to scrape our content
• Resell or redistribute our services

5.1 PropPack.ai Trademarks

The following are trademarks of PropPack.ai:

• "PropPack.ai" name and logo
• "Property Information Pack" (in our context)
• PropPack.ai design marks and branding

5.2 Trademark Usage

To use our trademarks, you must:

• Obtain written permission from PropPack.ai
• Follow our brand guidelines
• Not imply endorsement or affiliation without authorization
• Not use marks in a way that causes confusion

6.1 Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on PropPack.ai infringes your copyright, please provide:

1. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
2. Description of the copyrighted work
3. Location of the infringing content (URL or description)
4. Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
5. Statement that information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send copyright infringement notices to:

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

1. Review the claim within 2 business days
2. Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content
3. Notify the user who posted the content
4. Provide opportunity for counter-notification
5. Take appropriate action based on the circumstances

7.1 Disputing a Claim

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your contact information
2. Description of the removed content and its location
3. Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
4. Statement consenting to jurisdiction of UK courts
5. Your physical or electronic signature

7.2 Counter-Notice Process

After receiving a valid counter-notification:

1. We will forward it to the original complainant
2. If no legal action is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the content
3. We reserve the right to refuse restoration if we believe infringement occurred

If you use our API or developer tools:

• You must comply with our API Terms of Service
• You may not use our API to build competing products
• You must attribute PropPack.ai when using our data
• You may not exceed rate limits or abuse our services
